We want your Savage Åse order to reach you beautifully and safely. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping will be available in the future — join our mailing list to be notified when it launches.
Shipping Rates
— Standard shipping: $10.95 AUD (Australia-wide)
— Free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD
Processing Time
Savage Åse products are handcrafted to order in small batches. This means your products are made fresh specifically for you — not sitting in a warehouse. Because of this, please allow 3–5 business days from the time of your order for your products to be made, quality-checked, and carefully packed before dispatch.
We will always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once it has been dispatched.
Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Times
We ship via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:
— South Australia: 1–3 business days
— Eastern States (VIC, NSW, QLD): 3–5 business days
— Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania: 5–8 business days
These are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au.
Packaging
Your order will arrive in a black shipping box, carefully packed to protect your products during transit. Every order includes a linen ingredient card for each product. We take the unboxing experience seriously — your order should feel as considered as what's inside it.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will lodge an enquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Savage Åse is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
