Change of Mind

Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for the safety of all customers, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once a product has been opened or used.

If you have received an unopened, unused product and wish to return it within 14 days of receipt, please contact us at [email protected]. Returns must be in original, sealed condition and the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our policy does not limit or exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:

— Is faulty or defective

— Does not match the description provided

— Is not fit for its stated purpose

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities

Savage Åse provides full ingredient transparency for every product. We strongly encourage all customers to review the complete ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if you have known allergies or skin sensitivities.

We also recommend performing a patch test before first full use of any new product. Apply a small amount to the inner wrist or behind the ear and wait 24 hours before broader use.

We are unable to offer refunds where a reaction occurs due to a known personal allergy or sensitivity that was not disclosed to us prior to purchase. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before ordering.
